General Promotion Terms
- Discounts are applied based on the final payment amount after all calculations.
- If a payment is partially canceled, the discount amount may be adjusted, and the final discount applied may change.
- Even if you have already received the discount the maximum number of times, you may receive it again if the original payment is fully canceled.
- However, if a previous payment was canceled before the discount was applied, the discount will not be reissued.
First-Time Toss Pay Promotion Terms
- The first-time payment promotion applies only to users who have no prior Toss Pay payment history across all Toss merchants.
- If you have previously made a Toss Pay payment at any other merchant, you are not eligible for the first-time bonus. (Limited to one time per user)
- If the payment is canceled, any awarded Toss Points may be reclaimed.
- Toss Points are credited after the payment is completed.
- The first-time bonus can only be received once per user.
- Even if you have already received the bonus, you may receive it again if the original payment is fully canceled.
- However, if Toss Points were reclaimed due to a prior cancellation, you must complete a new payment to receive the bonus again.
Common Terms for Both Promotions
- The campaign may end early if the budget is exhausted. Please check benefit availability before completing payment.
- Some merchants may be excluded, and benefits may not be combined depending on merchant policies.
- Discounts are applied to the final payment amount, but Toss Points are credited after payment completion.
- Payments made using Toss Money, Toss Pay Later, or Toss Card are subject to a daily limit of ₩2,000,000 per payment method.
- Payments made using gift cards or prepaid vouchers are not eligible for discounts.
- Some payment methods, including BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) and certain bill payments, may be excluded.
- Some products or services may be excluded from the promotion.
- If a payment is fully canceled after the promotion is applied, the benefit will not be reissued, depending on cancellation timing and method.
